Make Your Next Trip Extraordinary

We booked a Disney Cruise on the Magic May 26-June 1, 2024 through Michelle’s office. Caribbean itinerary with ports of call at Castaway Key and Cozumel.

Michelle and her staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, informative, and patient. I would work with Michelle and her staff again in a heartbeat.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being outstanding, Michelle and her staff earned a 12.

We had a great 2 nights at Disney’s Pop Century with a day at Epcot, then 3 nights on the Disney Wish cruise boat. It was a perfect trip!

Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the preferred hotel-room location to easily walk to the lobby and the Skyliner. Michelle and her team arranged a private car service to take us to and from the cruise port and they were punctual and friendly. There was so much to do on the cruise ship that we did not opt in on any Nassau excursions and it was the right call. We enjoyed the ship and all its activities with less people onboard.

It was really special that Michelle and her team were all at Epcot at the same time as our group, so we had the opportunity to meet up outside of Guardians of the Galaxy!

I love the Axus app that the travel planners load with all our trip details, tips and tricks that I could easily refer to.

They are detail oriented and offer a high level of service. They also call after each trip to ask for feedback. Above and beyond incredible trip planners for Disney!!!

This was a multigenerational trip to Disney World over spring break. There were seven of us, my son, his wife and our 3 grandsons, ages 4 to 7. The thought of planning a Disney trip was daunting, as disney has become complicated to negotiate. The thought of the spring break crowds and 3 very active and somewhat impatient children certainly gave us second thoughts. We have used WOW List planners for a number of European trips and so glad we decided on using Michelle Allen for this. When we returned home our friends could not believe we had a totally stress-free Disney trip. It was really a vacation.

Our planner listened carefully about the experience we were looking for and recommended the best accommodations for our needs. We knew we wanted some chill days and didn’t want 24/7 Disney bombardment. The Riviera resort was perfect and beautiful. My son and family had a 2-bedroom villa and we had a one-bedroom. Very large, pretty and super clean. It was also right on the Skyliner. I was very impressed that before the trip any question I had was responded to almost immediately either by phone or email. Their suggestions for dinner were spot-on and they made the reservations for us (though a pizza nite in our villa turned out to be a good break one night). They also arranged a fishing outing at the resort next to us as our 7-year-old had been eager to catch some fish, which he did in the fully stocked bass lagoon.

By far the best recommendation and explanation they gave us was about the Disney VIP Guide. While it is very pricey, it made the difference in the trip. We planned on visiting the parks 3 days of our week trip and used the guide for each park day. No lines, no trying to figure out the lightning lane passes…water, snacks, ice cream magically appeared, and our wonderful guide would go on the rides with one of the boys if my husband or I didn’t want to. We were able to go on every ride we wanted to (some twice) in the course of three days. We got the park hopper and because we were being transferred in their van, there was no time wasted changing parks. We all felt very spoiled!!

What a seamless trip we had. I believe we could never do it ourselves. It is our trip to explore theme parks in Orlando.

The planning with Michelle was fun, and they delivered everything very well.

We are not Americans. As everyone knows, Disney World is massive and there are lots of tricks to make your visit efficient. Michelle and her team, LindaMarie and LisaMarie, made our trip easy. For a first timer, you wouldn’t know where to start, where to stay, eat, what to see or ride, etc, because the parks are so big and information is overwhelming.

From the moment we arrived at Orlando Airport, until the end of our trip, they arranged our transportation service with a reputable operator.

We stayed at Disney Polynesian Resort which is the right choice for us, it has direct monorail access to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and other resorts where we had various dinners. They picked and made reservations at great restaurants for dinners. Everything was scheduled perfectly and all you need to do is just check the Disney app where all your programs were already installed.

We took the Disney VIP Tours for one day, and we loved it, so we can explore more theme parks with priority access. Michelle requested a specific VIP guide, Elton, for us, and it turned out to be our highlight of the trip. He is very energetic, full of positive energy, and a whole lot of fun.

Thank you for the hard work.
